low-low pitch

Dear Multiple recipients of list AUDITORY,

Can anyone suggest some important studies on virtual pitch
(=musical pitch=missing fundamental=residue=low pitch) for the complex
2f0+3f0+...+mf0 with 20<f0<100Hz and 3<m<10 ?

There is a vast amount of literature
on f0>100Hz, but there seems to be only a little for 20<f0<100Hz.
