Bregman CD

Dear list members,

I want to use up a little cyberspace and bother you again to tell you that
contrary to the discouraging answers that some of you received from MIT
Press about not filling orders on my CD for several months, they should
be able to do so in a few weeks.

Also, for those ordering directly from me, I neglected to say that the
money order should be made out to me.
