Indeed, this is true.  Due to an administrative snafu, our domain
(hei.org) was temporarily deactivated, but it should be back by now (or
very soon).  Apologies to anyone who has tried to send email to anyone at
the House Ear Institute recently.  If you are still having problems,
please keep trying.
