The Dipartimento Scientifico e Tecnologico of the University of Verona
organizes the International Conference on Digital Audio Effects,
DAFx-00, in Verona, Italy, 7-9 December, 2000.

The Conference is sponsored by the Action-G6 "Digital Audio Effects" of
the European COST program, and supported by the University of Verona,
the Conservatory of Verona and by AIMI (Ass.Informatica Musicale
Italiana).

DAFx-00 is an international meeting of researchers in theoretical and
applied digital sound and music signal processing including topics like:
      Filtering and Modulation;
      Delay;
      Time and Frequency Scaling;
      Spatialisation;
      Spectral Processing;
      Audio Coding;
      Software and Hardware Implementation;
      Sound Modeling;
      Perceptual Issues.

DAFx-00 will present sound models, examples, software and hardware
applications  of interest to musicians, computer scientists, engineers
and other. A list of accepted contribution is available at the
Conference web site (http://www.sci.univr.it/~dafx/)
