spectrum analysis using PC or SGI

Hi,

We are looking for spectrum analysis software that will allow us to measure
the noise in our MRI scanner, without buying a dedicated spectrum analyzer.
Does anyone know of good software for either the PC or Silicon Graphics
platforms?
