PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT send any attachments of any sort,
PDF or otherwise to this list. They are huge and clog up space.

What is best to do is either
a) send the URL where the file can be retrieved
b) send a text email saying that you have an attachment on xyz subject
        and then tell people who to contact to receive it.
