strange and unreadable messages

Hi everybody,

Strange messages are getting mailed to this server.... like this one :

May anyone tell me what this is about ?

Seriously, I have the impression that more and more either strange or
uncomplete or strangely formatted mails get sent to this list. Like
this one :

Sorry Brian, but this is barely readable...

I don't really know what to do about strange messages but for
messages like Brian's please write them in a readable format or make
a simple announcement comtaining the URL where more information can
be found. Thanks.
