an
audiologist to join Oticon's development team.
We imagine
that you are a trained audiologist with at least two years' experience of
fitting hearing aids and dealing with clients. Through your work you have
acquired a good knowledge of different types of hearing aids and fitting
systems.
You must be
able to work both independently and together with skilled, engaged colleagues
in a busy, informal and ambitious organisation. As an open person you also want
to build up and use internal networks and to contribute to a constructive
dialogue in your daily work.
In Oticon
your primary field of activity will be to develop test protocols and
specifications of functionality for future hearing aids, fitting systems and
fitting flow.
You will
become part of Oticon's audiology team, consisting of 20 highly skilled
colleagues. You will be an essential part of a multi-disciplinary project
group, consisting of employees with different professional backgrounds. In a
cross-disciplinary co-operation you will contribute to the development of
state-of-the-art solutions for an increasingly quality-conscious market, which
requires you to be able to and dare make – preferably creative – decisions and
to be able to assess whether a proposed solution makes sense.
In addition
to the fields of activity mentioned above, you will devote your time to:
q
giving
audiological input to the other members of the project,
q
preparing
fine-tuning guides, auxiliary texts etc.,
q
comprehensive
testing of our advanced fitting systems, e.g. Genie and EasyFit,
q
composing
questionnaires, conducting interviews and processing results,
q
giving
input to and preparing texts for data sheets, marketing material and product
presentations,
q
supporting
foreign sister companies.
an exciting
