Re: Sensitivity to increments and decrements

Dear Christian,

Rinne and colleagues (Rinne, T., Sarkka, A., Degerman, A., Schröger, E., & Alho, K. (2006). Two separate mechanisms underlie auditory change detection and involuntary control of attention. Brain Research, 1077, 135-143) have shown electrophysiological evidence that intensity increments and decrements are processed differentially.

Best regards from Leipzig
Andreas
