Music transcription

Dear Colleagues,

I am currently studying on automatic music transcription but need to find research papers other than written in the framework of  Music Information Retrieval. 

However, I could not find much resource about manual transcription from the perspectives psychology of music, music education or music theory, etc.

I could only find papers on "notation reading" such as the one written by John Sloboda (in his book, "exploring the musical minds).

I would be grateful if anyone could suggest papers on manual transcription. (I have enough papers on the topic written by ethnomusicologists)
