Request for Johannesma PIM (1980)

Dear list,

I am looking for the original reference to Van der Pol oscillator cochlear models. The paper that seems to be referred to consistently is Johannesma (1980), reference below. This two page paper appeared in a conference proceedings published by Delft University Press, which appears to be in two Danish libraries but none in Africa or Australia.

Does anyone have an electronic copy of this paper, or the proceedings book itself that they would be willing to scan for me? (The article is two pages long.)

The reference that I have which cite  Johannesma (1980) seem to suggest that it was one of various papers that suggested Van der Pol oscillators around the same period, but  the Johannesma reference is the example given.  Is anyone aware of what the other contenders might be?
