Request: voice diseases

Dear list,

We are researching about the following diseases related with human voice:
- vocal cord nodules
- polyps
- polypoid degeneration or Reinke's edema

We would like to know the following:
- Is any website containing information about the procedure for detecting such diseases using acoustical signal processing techniques?

- What are the most important objetive parameters to be obtained (frequencies, jitter, etc.)? What is the scale adopted for those parameters in order to determine the presence or absense of diseases?

- Is there any database available in the web, containing a set of voice recordings or at least the most relevant objective parameters?

Thank you very much in advance.
Kind regards,
