Open Rank Faculty Positions – Disability

The College of Applied Health Sciences (http://ahs.illinois.edu) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign invites nominations and applications for two (2) Open Rank positions in disability with an emphasis on those disabilities that are among the most frequent for veterans. The positions offer opportunities to engage in interdisciplinary scholarship on disability and veterans issues and to join the Center on Health, Aging and Disability. Joint appointments in more than one academic unit are possible. Candidates with research interests in a broad range of areas related to disability and/or rehabilitation science are sought. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in a discipline relevant to disability and rehabilitation science, have a strong record of research accomplishments, and qualify for appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor in one of the departments of the College.
