Survey Title: Use of otoacoustic emissions by U.S. audiologists: A survey study

My name is Ali Marquess and I am an AuD student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). This online survey is part of my capstone research project for the completion of my Doctor of Audiology degree. This research is being conducted under the supervision of Ian Mertes, PhD, AuD, an assistant professor in the Department of Speech and Hearing Science at UIUC. This project has received approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at UIUC (IRB #21540). This project is not funded by any agency.

This survey examines how otoacoustic emissions are being used by licensed audiologists in the U.S. Your participation will help further our research and it would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to complete the survey. The online survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous. We hope to analyze your responses and use the information to improve clinical practice and future research.

Thank you for your consideration! Also, please consider forwarding this survey link to colleagues who may be interested.
