We plan an experiment in owl behavior. We will deliver dichotic and diotic
sounds, and we would like a PC computer to control the experiment. Does
anybody know a good sound card that can work at 1uSec resolution?  An
important paramater is the ease of programmimg. We would like to have
something that either has ready-to-use software, or is easy to program.

I will appreciate any advice.
