The University of Iowa Electronic Music Studios Web Site (http://theremin.music.uiowa.edu/) is excellent, and they're incredibly nice about helping. Larry Fritts has put it together. Ircam also has a wealth of sounds in their studio online project. I'd be interested in hearing about any other replies you get.
