Eden Prairie, Minnesota A research position at Starkey Laboratories, Inc., Eden Prairie, Minnesota, is available to conduct auditory research related to the development and assessment of digital signal processing algorithms for hearing aid applications. Starkey is a privately held, mutli-national company, and is a world leader in the design and manufacturing of hearing aids and other related products. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in psychoacoustics, auditory modeling, and statistics and must have a strong computational background. Applicants should have experience designing, creating, and maintaining laboratory applications for psychoacoustic experiments and must have proficiency in at least one high-level programming lanquage (e.g. C, C++, Matlab).
