As a child I used to hear the blood flowing through my body. Now, when I block my ears, I am still able to hear this pulse / blood flow. What is the approximate sound pressure level of this sound? If one were to suffer profound hearing loss, would this internal sound (still) be audible? An answer to this question may be able to help me determine the SPL of my tinnitus. Thanks Best Kevin kaustin(at)vax2.concordia.ca
