Central auditory processing deficits in SLI Behavioral data versus neurophysiological findings Basic central auditory deficits versus deficits on higher processing levels Aspects of processing capacity: Auditory attention span, complexity of acoustic-auditory sequences, complexity of parallel bottom-up and top-down processing Processing Negativity: Role and function of attention mechanisms in basic central auditory processing Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder Profiling ADHD: What do attention deficits and hyperkinetic symptoms have in common?
