A quick pubmed search came up with these: Drexl M et al. Hear Res. 2004 Aug;194(1-2):135-42. Di Girolamo S et al. Hear Res. 2001 Dec;162(1-2):80-4. Paludetti G et al. Acta Otolaryngol. 2001 Jan;121(2):119-21. Kujawa SG et al. Hear Res. 1992 Aug;61(1-2):106-16. The abstract from the DiGirolamo article mentions possibly using DPOAEs to diagnose myasthenia gravis and monitor treatment (AChE inhibitors). I didn't seen anything on Lasix, but I assumed its effect was mediated by changing the endolymphatic potential. ---sam
