Dear auditory list, I am happy to tell you that we have a Ph.D. STIPEND AT THE DEP. OF ACOUSTICS, AALBORG UNIVERSITY, DENMARK available within the general study programme “Electrical and Electronic Engineering”. The position is assigned to the Sound Quality Research Unit at the Department of Acoustics, and includes a modest teaching load in any area of Electronic Engineering, depending on demand. The research of the Ph.D. candidate will be in the area of sound quality, and the task will be to investigate the perceived sound quality of products, or audio reproduction systems, using both listening tests, and acoustical measurement/simulation techniques. This work will be conducted in close cooperation with Danish industrial partners at Bang & Olufsen, Bruel & Kjaer, and DELTA.
