Dear Narayanaswamy, The data of MIREX 2005 are not available, but you will be able to evaluate your algorithm(s) on these data if you participate in MIREX 2006. To my knowledge, this database is the largest so far (85 excerpts of solo or ensemble music annotated by 3 to 5 people each). You could get more data by starting a collaborative annotation process with other people willing to participate in MIREX 2006.
