This person would be a member of the board of consultants of the research center. She or he should be an experienced researcher and/or teacher and connected with a university or research center in Europe. This is mainly an honorary position, with few onerous responsibilities. At most he or she would have to attend an annual meeting in Portugal (all expenses paid) and would give sage advice about the work of the Portuguese research center.
