QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have: =E2=80=A2 an Au.D. or Ph.D. in Audiology; =E2=80=A2 extensive experience conducting experiments with hearing impaired= subjects; =E2=80=A2 expertise in speech tests and psychoacoustics; =E2=80=A2 skills in the use of audiological and psychoacoustic instrumentat= ion; =E2=80=A2 an understanding of hearing aid technology and fitting systems; =E2=80=A2 knowledge of the audiology research literature; =E2=80=A2 knowledge of current hearing aid technology; =E2=80=A2 familiarity with audiometer and real ear probe microphone measure= ments; =E2=80=A2 good written and verbal communication skills; =E2=80=A2 excellent organizational skills.
