But its really nothing more than some term definitions and the verbal des= cription of the programm scheme, which can be extracted by inspecting the c= ode and reading the general concept of Zwickers loudness model. The main pa= rt of the standart is the graphical version for creation a loudness spectru= m from a 1/3rd octave spectrum by hand. This is what the code is essentiall= y based on.
