R., and Schlauch, R. S. (1992). "Cognitive factors and selection of auditory listening bands," in Noise-induced hearing loss, edited by A. Dancer, D. Henderson, R. J. Salvi, and R. P. Hammernik (B.C. Decker, Philadelphia), pp.303-310. Does anyone have a pdf copy or can tell me where I might find it on the net?
