Hi - You might be interested in the "Sound Events" database from CMU's Auditory Lab. http://www.psy.cmu.edu/~auditorylab/AuditoryLab/data-files.html The events are not exactly the type you describe, but they're cleanly recorded and with plenty of details of the recording setup, so may be close to what you're after.
