The DAFx conference is a meeting of all enthusiasts working in various research areas on audio signal processing, acoustics, and music related disciplines, who come together annually to present and discuss their scientific and practical findings. To provide an intensive exchange between all participants, the schedule of DAFx-11 will also include a social program and concerts for all participants. The conference will be divided into oral presentations (keynotes and submissions), poster sessions, and (hands-on) tutorials. *Topics* Original contributions are encouraged in, but not limited to, the followingtopics: * General considerations on audio signal processing, acoustics, and music * Capture and analysis of audio signals and acoustic fields * Representation and Transform, * Transmission and Resynthesis, * Synthesis and Modeling, * Digital audio effect processing, * Perception and evaluation * Sound design and music composition The DAFx-11 teamencourages contributions on: * Interaction * Cognition and evaluation * Audio indexing and use of audio indexing for Digital Audio FX STAR (state-of-the-art) papers: DAFx-11 especially encourages the submission of papers (12 pages maximum), which provide an up-to-date overview and global perspective of a certain research area.
