Setting a mail filter that moves to a separate folder auditory messages with job or position or professor in the subject is easy. BTW, we received an average of 0.4 such messages per day on 2012, which gives an expected an expected total of 148 by the end of the year (without accounting for seasonal variations). I do not think we need to fragment the list to save subscribers the few mouse clicks that separate them from the ideal clean mailbox of who already has a job (e.g., professorship/lectureship announcements), or does not have students to help with their job search (e.g., postdoc/phd announcements), or is not interested in getting some additional information about which area of auditory research is currently receiving fundings and will be the focus of future research hours (e.g., postdoc/phd).
