Dear List, My colleagues and I are debating on what advanced features we should put on hearing aids if people decide to have one hearing aid for either moderate unilateral hearing losses or symmetrical. Is there any research evidence to suggest that directional microphones/noise management/omnidirectional microphones are advantageous for these patients?
