I'll remove it soon, so download it now if you're interested. It is a very interesting and influential paper. Another question: In his biographical memoir of Licklider (http://www.nap.edu/html/biomems/jlicklider.pdf), Robert Fano mentions that he did recordings from cortex of cat and monkey for his PhD at University of Rochester in 1942. Has anyone access to his dissertation, or other information about this work? Alain
