They will perform research in sound capture and rendering, speech enhancement, processing for arrays of transducers, psychoacoustics, human perception of sounds and images. Openings are in the MSR headquarters in Redmond, WA, USA. Qualifications The applicants must have a PhD in CS, EE, or other relevant area; strong background in the area of audio and speech signal processing; a good publication record; and experience in creating working audio systems. Expertise in speech enhancement and/or psychoacoustics is a strong advantage; good engineering and coding skills are preferred. Ability or experience to work with engineering teams is a serious plus.
