Dear Emmanuel, the free software package "psylab", written in Matlab, offers also interleaved adaptive experiments. You can download it at http://www.hoertechnik-audiologie.de/psylab/ The example experiments accompanying the package contain one interleaved experiment which is also described in the documentation.
