The Department of Psychology at the University of Nevada Las Vegas = invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor appointment = in neuroscience to begin August 2015. The applicant=92s specific = research area within neuroscience is open. The ideal candidate would = have a research program that includes computational modeling and/or = advanced quantitative analysis of neurobiological data that can add to = the department=92s existing neuroscience focus. Candidates whose = research would overlap with established and emerging research programs = in Las Vegas investigating neurodegenerative disorders or autism = spectrum disorders would be a plus; however, all candidates with a = strong neuroscience research background will be considered.
