I tried using a CED interface (and Spike2 software) for both stimulus delivery and recording, I was able to do get decent ABR waveforms, at least at high SPL and at certain stimulus frequencies. I am sure that with some tweaking I could make it better, but I did not pursue it any further. Feel free to let me know if you have any specific questions that I could help with.
