Postdoctoral fellowship in Neuroscience of hearing at Universit=E9 de Montr= =E9al We are looking for a motivated postdoctoral researcher for a period of 1 ye= ar to work on a project on the neuroscientific bases of tinnitus, entitled = =93 Validating the gap-startle model of tinnitus detection using behavioura= l and electrophysiological tests in humans=94. This project is funded by a = grant from the American Tinnitus Association and is part of a collaborative= work. The laboratory is located at the School of Speech pathology and Audi= ology of Universit=E9 de Montr=E9al and is an excellent opportunity to acqu= ire experience with normal-hearing and clinical populations. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Hearing sciences, Neurosciences, Cognitive neurosc= iences, Cognitive psychology, Biomedical sciences, or related fields. Knowl= edge of EEG techniques and analyzes and Matlab is required. Speaking French= is an asset but is not a requirement. Start, duration, and salary. This is a one-year position starting in Januar= y 2019. Salary will be standard postdoctoral rates at Universit=E9 de Montr= =E9al (about $3 200 CAD per month).
