Research Associate/Fellow (until Dec 2024). The successful candidate will d= evelop and execute specific elements of the programme on predictive mechani= sms in social interaction. The post-holder will use eye tracking to address= prediction speed and confidence, electroencephalography (EEG) to address o= scillatory behaviour, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to invest= igate motor simulation. They will have the opportunity to gain supervision = experience and to lead their own studies as the project progresses. Candida= tes must have a PhD or equivalent experience in cognitive science, experime= ntal psychology, neuroscience or a related area. Key requirements are stron= g statistical skills, experience designing neural/physiological experiments= with human participants, and enthusiasm for collaborating with others.
