Located in=20 Palaiseau, at the Plateau de Saclay (Paris outskirts), this Institution=20 is a partnership between Ecole Polytechnique, ENSTA Paris, ENSAE Paris,=20 Telecom Paris and Telecom SudParis, with HEC as a key partner. Students=20 and faculty benefit from close relationships between the different=20 institutions. The Information Processing and Communication Laboratory (LTCI) [3] is=20 Telecom Paris=E2=80=99 in-house research laboratory. Since January 2017, = it has=20 continued the work previously carried out by the CNRS joint research=20 unit of the same name. The LTCI was created in 1982 and is known for its=20 extensive coverage of topics in the field of information and=20 communication technologies. The LTCI=E2=80=99s core subject areas are com= puter=20 science, networks, data science, signal and image processing and digital=20 communications. The laboratory is also active in issues related to=20 systems engineering and applied mathematics.
