Many thanks! ********************** T=C3=A9l=C3=A9com Paris & CentraleSup=C3=A9lec are welcoming applications= for a fully-funded PhD fellowship in=20 computational music analysis, audio indexing, and machine learning to sta= rt in Fall 2021. The=20 fellowship is for 3 years including health insurance and a yearly stipend= . T=C3=A9l=C3=A9com Paris and CentraleSup=C3=A9lec are closely located on t= he Plateau de Saclay (Paris outskirts).=20 Accepted candidates will join the ADASP group at T=C3=A9l=C3=A9com Paris = and the GPI group at CentraleSup=C3=A9lec,=20 both multidisciplinary teams of scholars and practitioners working at the= intersection of sound,=20 machine learning, and technology. The PhD will be in close collaboration with New York University. The PhD = student will have the=20 opportunity to undertake international research stays during the course o= f his or her thesis. -- Important Dates Review of applications will start as soon as possible, and continue until= June 10, 2021, or until=20 the post is filled, whichever is earlier. -- Context Telecom Paris and CentraleSup=C3=A9lec are French leading public institut= ions for engineering higher=20 education (Grandes Ecoles) and scientific research, both founded in the 1= 9th century. The ADASP group is hosted by the Information Processing and Communication= Laboratory (LTCI), a=20 Telecom Paris=E2=80=99 in-house research laboratory created in 1982. LTCI= =E2=80=99s core subject areas are computer=20 science, networks, data science, signal and image processing and digital = communications. The=20 laboratory is also active in issues related to systems engineering and ap= plied mathematics.
