This is part of Dr Lauren Hadley's UKRI funded programme on how pe= ople process speech when listening in conversation, and, specifically, how = this differs between people with normal and impaired hearing. --- Research Assistant (2 years, =A327,924 to =A330,497) This person will be a core part of the team studying how people process spe= ech when listening in conversation. Duties will include running experiments= using a variety of experimental techniques, from eye tracking and electroe= ncephalography (EEG), to transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Candidate= s must have an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuro= science, or a related area. Someone that enjoys working with people (both t= eam members and participants), has good statistical and software skills (an= d a desire to learn more), and can pick up new techniques confidently will = excel in this role.
