The package, called =93PSYCHOACOUSTICS=94, was wri= tten by Aleksander P. S=EAk and Brian C. J. Moore. The software runs on any= PC (not Apple) with a good-quality sound card (preferably an external soun= d card) and a set of headphones. Use of the software does not require any s= pecialised programming skills. The software should be useful for students o= f psychoacoustics and related disciplines, such as audiology and audio engi= neering, who want to try psychoacoustic experiments for themselves. The sof= tware should also be useful for researchers who want to run experiments wit= hout the need to spend time writing computer software to generate the stimu= li, run the experiment, and gather the data.
