wave files for an auditory display

Dear List,
Does anyone know of a free database (for non-commercial purpose) of wave
files which are used in an auditory display system?

E.g. beeps, alarms, basic commands, etc.
Although binaural material is the final goal, as a starting point, low
quality monophonc signas will be greatly appreciated.
