Re: Responses to longer tones

Phil,

The only source I know of for responses to events as long (and even
longer) than what you are interested in is by Scott Makeigh from
UCSD/Salk Institute. Unfortunately, I only heard him talk about this
work and have no idea whether he has ever published it. Ask him.

Dear List,

I am examining electrophysiological responses to tones which are
relatively longer than an established standard

eg. IOI = 600 ms, 600 ms, 600 ms, 600 ms, 1200 ms.

While the omitted event potential literature provides an adequate
discussion of this type of sequence structure using brief duration
stimuli such as clicks, papers discussing this type of sequence using
filled durations appear more rarely.

Would any list members be aware of papers which discuss this issue?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards
