I have a few recording from our quartet-in-residence here in College, but not sure that the recordings might be useful to you: specifically, I'm not sure what you mean by recorded separately? I'm guessing that what you'd like is for the 4 instruments to be recorded in isolation (of each other) on separate tracks? Short of separate booths in a recording studio, all I can offer is cardioids 'on-target', but even then, the signals are 'mixed down' with spaced or single omnis in the final (stereo) mix - the audio mastering in 'classical' music tends to try an preserve the acoustics of the performing venue - Chapel, Hall, etc. - so may not be much use to you?
