I am sad to report that Sid Bacon died peacefully on July 11 and a beautiful funeral ceremony was held Saturday, July 20. Sid was diagnosed with
pancreatic cancer in Jan. 2012 and he fought a courageous battle for more than a year and a half. Sidâs many many contributions to psychoacousticâs research, the professional societies he supported, and the Arizona State University were remembered at his funeral
