[AUDITORY] HCON 2026: Deadline Extended - Abstracts Due April 10

Dear Members of the Auditory Research Community,

IHCON 2026 is scheduled to take place on August 5–9, 2026 at an exciting new location: The Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Banff, Alberta, Canada.

The abstract submission deadline for poster and podium presentations at IHCON 2026 has been extended to Friday, April 10, 2026. Therefore, you now have until then to submit your abstract and make any necessary changes.

All abstracts must be submitted electronically at the IHCON website
(ihcon.org or https://ihcon.societyconference.com/). If you don’t already have a profile, you’ll need to create one. Abstracts should not exceed 400 words. Once you submit your abstract, you’ll receive a confirmation email promptly.

For those who are eligible, up to one abstract submission can be used to apply for a Sig Soli Scholarship. If you are a junior investigator (including advanced graduate students, postdocs, and junior scientists in industry and academia), you can choose to apply for the International Hearing Aid Seminar (IHAS) pre-meeting taking place on August 3–5, 2026
