[AUDITORY] Call for participation: Audio Analysis Workshop 2026

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 14th edition of the annual Audio Analysis Workshop, which will take place on August 13, 2026, in Aalborg.

The primary aim of the workshop is to foster discussion and exchange of ongoing research in a closed forum involving both academic and industrial partners. While the invited industrial participants work in different application domains, they share a common methodological foundation, which we hope will lead to open and fruitful discussions from both practical and theoretical perspectives.

Program

  • 08:30 – 17:00: Main program featuring invited keynote speakers and participant contributions
  • 18:30 – 21:00: Networking dinner

Some talks and posters will be based on ongoing research conducted in the Audio Analysis Lab, as well as by our academic partners at Lund University (Prof. Andreas Jakobsson) and KU Leuven (Prof. Toon van Waterschoot). Contributions from all participants — both talks and posters — are very welcome.

We encourage contributions covering a broad range of signal processing topics and applications, including (but not limited to):

  • Acoustic noise control
  • Speech enhancement
  • Robust estimation
  • Signal modelling
  • Array processing
  • Distributed signal processing
  • Machine learning for signal processing
  • Sound zones
