So far, nobody tried a localization into brain areas. Aren't there
immediate very short links from auditory nuclei of midbrain to adjacent
nuclei responsible for innate as well as trained motoric reflexes and also
links to emotions e.g. via amygdala?
(who is still waiting for a reply concerning cepstrum-like pitch hypothesis)
